The way we treat each other.
A short list, in plain language. Joining Kizuna means agreeing to all of it.

Be a real person.
One profile per human. No catfishing, no stock photos, no representing someone else.

Be 18 or older.
Kizuna is for adults. Profiles that misrepresent age are removed and the account is permanently banned.

Heritage is not a kink.
Bios and messages that fetishize Asian people, fixate on appearance stereotypes, or use racialized pickup language get removed on first report.

Mixed and adopted folks belong here.
Members of the diaspora come in every shape. Gatekeeping who counts as 'Asian enough' is not welcome.

No harassment, no hate.
Slurs, threats, doxxing, unsolicited explicit content, or pressure for off-app contact = removal. We err on the side of the person reporting.

Consent is non-negotiable.
Don't share screenshots of conversations or photos outside the app without permission. Don't pressure for meet-ups, photos, or money.

Keep it on-platform.
Investment 'opportunities', crypto pitches, OnlyFans funnels, and other off-app commerce belong somewhere else. Reports of these are acted on immediately.

Use your real photos.
At least one recent, clear photo of your face. We're rolling out verification — verified profiles get more visibility.

Be slow with private info.
Address, workplace, kids' names, finances — share when you're ready, with someone you trust. We never need your bank details.

Tell us when something is off.
Report inside the app or write to safety@kizuna.app. We respond to every report by a human, usually within 24 hours.
